To carve out space in Houston's hospitality industry, Texas Avenue BNB needed a unique outreach strategy bolstered by one-of-a-kind content. As Houston's first shoppable boutique hotel a combination of designed, photographed, and curated materials all come together to communicate this unique identity.
Using a combination of materials Garrett constructed a new and improved visual library of branded collateral, commercial photography, and original content to clarify a renewed brand presence in Houston.
Lastly, in partnership with the business's creative director, a city guide to Houston was created as a free token to all welcome guests. Also on sale, the content acts on its own as a source of additional revenue for the business.
